Includes review of the concept of disability, court interpretation, procedural issues, and defenses to disability discrimination claims. Emphasis is on problems and issues related to employment, education and access
with respect to the Americans with Disabilities Act
and the Rehabilitation Act. Option of research paper or take-home exam.
