APALJ symposium 2004

APIs who are naturalized or native citizens can receive the benefits of citizenship. Nevertheless, APIs are constantly perceived as foreigners or outsiders. Furthermore, the rights of API immigrants who are not citizens are restricted and limited. How does the legal community, grass-roots organizers, and elected officials advocate on behalf of this diverse group?
