Throughout
the academic year UCLA LL.M. students benefit from a variety of services
provided by the Office of Career Services (OCS) including: individual career
counseling appointments, guest speaker sessions, career-planning seminars,
workshops on sharpening job search skills, and access both to the West Coast
International LL.M. Job Fair hosted by UCLA and to New York
University’s International Student Interview Program. UCLA LL.M.
students are encouraged to take advantage of all the services and resources
available to them through OCS and visit OCS whenever necessary.
Ying Cao
is the primary LL.M. career counselor in OCS. Her office hours are: 8:30
a.m. to 12:00 noon; 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday. To

last quarter, the Dashew Center has made the mandatory OPT workshop available
online (see link below) and will no longer be holding weekly/departmental OPT
