Environment at the UCLA School of Law. Cass R. Sunstein, a leading
public intellectual and advisor to President Obama, will present his
approach to regulatory
policymaking and share his experience in the White House. As the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at
Harvard Law School, he has authored over 36 books, including "Nudge,"
(with Richard H. Thaler), "Worst-Case Scenarios," and
"Republic.com 2.0." His
research and teaching interests include administrative law, environmental law,
