Interview with Steve Curwood on PRI's "living on earth"


​On PRI's "living on earth" radio broadcast, host Steve Curwood spoke with Professor Ann Carlson about President Obama's State of the Union Address. Professor Carlson and Kevin Kobloch, of the Union of Concerned Scientists, discussed the President's second-term environmental agenda. Professor Carlson described President Obama's could use his expansive power under the Clean Air Act to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
