Download Examsoft's SofTest Program

  1. Visit www.examsoft.com/uclalaw and click the "Exam Takers" link at the top of the page.
  2. Log in using your 9-digit UCLA Student ID and the Examsoft password emailed to you by the law school Records Office. If you didn’t receive that email, you can get your password emailed to you by ExamSoft.
  3. Once you’re logged in, the website will show you the email address it has on file for you. Please verify that it is accurate.
  4. You can change your password to something easier for you to remember.
  5. Download & Install SofTest. 

Complete the SofTest Registration Process

  1. You must now register SofTest: If your Internet connection is already established (typical on cable or office networks), enter your Student ID & password, then click "Register." If your Internet connection is not already established (typical on dial up or DSL connections): Click "OK" to reboot your computer. After rebooting, the SofTest Complete Registration window will appear. Establish an Internet connection. Enter your Student ID and password then click "Register."
  2. You should receive a message window, and later an email message, confirming registration.
