The number of days of instruction of new material for each semester is now 70 days, which is exactly 14 weeks. This is the same number of days of instruction as most other comparable law schools. In order to manage this and remain in compliance with the required 146 days of instruction mandated by the University of California, a third review day has been added at the beginning of the second week of finals each term. Each course will be assigned a review session time on one of the three review days, depending on when the final exam is scheduled. Since students have been asking for review sessions that are closer to the actual date of their exams, adding a review session day during the second week of finals will address that request.
