Shadrack Tebeile obtained a bachelor of laws degree from University of Limpopo, Turfloop Campus in 2012. Tebeile worked as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court of South Africa between July 2012 and July 2013, during which time he clerked for Justices Froneman and Skweyiya. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2013. Tebeile’s interests lie in the impact of HIV/AIDS on education and society, and the enforcement of socio-economic rights in South Africa. He plans to enroll in the LL.D. degree in 2014 with a focus on the enforcement of socio-economic rights in South Africa. He also hopes to teach public interest law in South Africa and to litigate on socio-economic rights.
