Dean’s Discretionary Fund
The Dean’s Discretionary Fund uses unrestricted gifts to support all facets of our school’s mission. These funds give us the flexibility to address challenges and seize opportunities. Because we can respond immediately to urgent needs and pressing priorities, we are able to maintain the standards of excellence synonymous with UCLA Law.
UCLA Law faculty are among the most prominent legal scholars in the nation and the foundation on which the school’s prestige rests. We are able to recruit and retain these leading professors as a result of gifts that establish endowed chairs and advance excellence in research and teaching.
