Professor LoPucki Comments on Bankruptcy Fees for Florida Homebuilder in South Florida Business Journal Article

October 23, 2009 -- Professor Lynn LoPucki commented on the bankruptcy fees of Hollywood, Florida-based homebuilder TOUSA in a South Florida Business Journal article.

“This is a very high-fee case,” said Lynn LoPucki, a professor of law at University of California, Los Angeles. “The real mystery is why this case didn’t go to New York or Delaware.”
