The Legal Theory Workshop brings leading scholars from around the country to discuss their works in progress with students and interested faculty. All the papers will address legal issues from a theoretically informed perspective. Our speaker will be Professor Louis-Phillipe Hodgson, Post-Doctoral Fellow of the UCLA Law & Philosophy Program and Professor of Philosophy at Glendon College. He will be discussing “Personal Sovereignty and Legal Paternalism.” A brief summary of the paper will be given and then questions and discussion will ensue. All students and faculty are very welcome.
