Registration Window - UCLA School of Law - 1950'sThe mission of the law school’s Records Office is to provide accurate academic records and policy information to faculty, staff, students, alumni, central administration and external constituencies. We collect and disseminate student, course, instructional, and academic information through processes that ensure the integrity and security of all academic records particularly with regards to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Records Office provides an important link between the academic policies of the institution and our community of faculty and students. The Records Office also is responsible for sensitive information and has the obligation to help preserve the academic integrity of the institution, and maintain the confidentiality of certain data.

In addition, the Records Office services include administering registration, enrollment, examinations, grade posting, degree progress, graduation and bar certification.
