Location: Law Building Room 2248
This Colloquium is designed to give students an opportunity to participate in the exciting academic work being done on corporate governance, law, and policy. Each week, the UCLA Corporate Governance Colloquium will examine a recent paper or work in progress presented by an invited speaker (typically a leading law professor).
