Law 524A - Seminar: Legal Philosophy--Feminist Contributions

The seminar examines traditional legal theory from a feminist perspective and explores alternative feminist views of legal issues and standard jurisprudential quandaries. Admissions to this semester is by application; and since spring seminars meet for only 12 weeks this year, preference will be given to applicants who have a topic in mind, have already discussed the topic with me, and commit to begin working independently on the project before January 5th, when formal seminar meetings begin.
