Brett Goldblatt will co-teach a transactional course, Lifecycle of a Corporation, with Neil Wertlieb. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and earned degrees in philosophy and psychology in 1994 from Rutgers University. He is currently a partner in the Global Corporate Department of the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP where he specializes in private equity, including restructurings, alternative energy investments, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, fund formation and joint venture arrangements. He is a member of both the State Bar of California and the State Bar of New York.
