Professor Lynn M. LoPucki's Bankruptcy Research Database (BRD) - a window on the world of big bankruptcy - is available without charge to faculty members of academic research institutions worldwide. To obtain a copy of the database in Microsoft Excel, prospective users must (1) identify the research project for which the data will be used and (2) sign a nondisclosure agreement that restricts republication of the data. Users agree to notify Lynn M. LoPucki of any data errors they discover and, depending on the particular research project, may be asked to contribute some user-gathered data to the BRD.
