The primary mission of the Law Library is to support the teaching and research activities of the UCLA Law Faculty by providing a wide range of information-related services. We wish to achieve and maintain the highest standards of service and information quality. The information in these pages is designed to acquaint you with the types of services the library provides to faculty members, the staff members who will provide them, and library policies and procedures. We pride ourselves on the scope and quality of our collection, our wide range of services and the helpfulness of the library staff. Our objective is to satisfy whatever information needs you may have, and we encourage you to request additional services not mentioned in this guide.
The services provided to Law Faculty by the Law Library include research and reference services, document delivery, training and instruction for LexisNexis, Westlaw, Internet and other computer resources, research assistants, classroom instruction, and collection development tailored to Faculty research needs.
