The UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy (JELP) is a premier journal publishing timely scholarship on environmental and land use legal and policy issues. JELP is pleased to announce the release of Volume 27, Issues 1 and 2. JELP is now accepting submissions for publication in Volume 28, Issue 2, scheduled for release in June 2010.  Volume 28, Issue 1, scheduled for release in January 2010, is fully slated in connection with the 2009 Working Conference on Nanotech Regulatory Policy (see News).
