​The School of Law's Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program will be sponsoring a series of eight pesentations this semester on Thursday afternoons from 5:00-6:40 PM. More information is available at http://www.law.ucla.edu/Negotiation/. 

The third presentation will be given on Thursday, February 16 by Professor John Lande from University of Missouri School of Law on "Building Good Working Relationships with Opposing Counsel in Neogitation - Even if the Parties Have Extreme Positions or the Other Lawyer is a Rascal." The presentation will be held in the A. Barry Cappello Moot Court Room (Room 1310) with a reception to follow.
