​The School of Law's Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program will be sponsoring a series of eight presentations this semester on Thursday afternoons from 5:00-6:40 PM. More information is available at http://www.law.ucla.edu/Negotiation/.

The seventh presentation will be given on Thursday, April 5 by Professor Tom Stipanowich from Pepperdine Unversity School of Law on "The Third Arbitration Trilogy: Stolt-Nielsen, Rent-A-Center, Concepcion, and the Future of American Arbitration." The presentation will be held in the A. Barry Cappello Moot Court Room (Room 1310) with a reception to follow.
