California's Urbanscape: A New Paradigm for Redevelopment in the 21st Century

The UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, a joint center of the UCLA School of Law and the Anderson School of Business, presents this critical redevelopment conference on February 21st at Covel Commons on the UCLA campus.  Law School Professor Jonathan Zasloff will be presenting a brief legal analysis of the recent California Supreme Court decision (California Redevelopment Association vs. Matosantos) to dissolve redevelopment agencies (RDAs). The keynote speaker will be California Senator Alex Padilla.
