​ACS is proud to present "Race and the Roberts Court" featuring: 

Professor Jerry Kang, who will discuss the affirmative action case, Fisher v. University of Texas, that will be heard by the Supreme Court in the Fall of 2012;

Professor Jyoti Nanda, who will discuss Miller v. Alabama and Jackson v. Hobbs, the cases heard this term regarding the constitutionality of life without the possibility of parole sentences for minors;

and Professor Devon Carbado, who will discuss Florence v. Board of Freeholders, the case recently decided by the Supreme Court on the constitutionality of strip searches for minor offenses.
