The Capital Fellows Program, which includes Executive, Senate, Judicial and Assembly Fellowship Programs and is jointly sponsored by the Office of the Governor, the California State Senate, the California Judicial Branch and the California State Assembly respectively, with the Center for California Studies at California State University, Sacramento. The programs provide fellows with an experiential learning opportunity in California state government and public policy making, aiming to instill an appreciation for public service and develop future public leaders.
