Professor Volokh Comments on the Line Between Free Speech and Dangerous Threats in Journal Gazette Article

May 5, 2014 -- Professor Eugene Volokh discussed the recent conviction of Dan Brewington in a Journal Gazette article. Mr. Brewington launched a series of online attacks against a judge who ruled against him for child visitation rights. Although he was found guilty of threatening the judge, Mr. Brewington's online criticism was not a crime in and of itself, which was a lower court's finding.
