Professor Winkler Comments On Whether Or Not The Boston Bombing Suspect Should Be Mirandized In Multiple Media Outlets

April 23, 2013 -- Professor Adam Winkler discussed whether or not the Boston bombing suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, should be mirandized in interviews on Hannity's radio show and a David Pakman web show.

Winkler authored an op-ed article in The Daily Beast where he discussed and approved of the Justice Department's decision to ignore unconstitutional calls to declare Dzhokhar an 'enemy combatant.'

Regarding gun control, Winkler commented on a potential lack of legislation requiring universal background checks before gun confiscation in an article in the Las Vegas Review Journal.

In addition, Winkler joined a panel on "Guns in America" where the history of gun control was traced all the way back from the Wild West until now.
