Professor Volokh Cited in Washington Post Column on Guidelines for Handling Sexual Harassment Complaints at Universities
May 28, 2013 -- Professor Eugene Volokh is cited in a Washington Post column about a letter from the Office for Civil Rights that suggests guidelines universities should use for handling sexual harassment complaints.
UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh, a specialist in First Amendment jurisprudence, notes (on the indispensable Volokh Conspiracy blog) that the OCR-DOJ's proscriptions are "not limited to material that a reasonable person would find offensive."
