Cara Horowitz of the Emmett Center Comments on the California Low-Carbon Fuel Standard in an E&E News Article
September 19, 2013 -- Cara Horowitz, the Andrew Sabin Family Foundation executive director of the Emmett Center on Climate Change and the Environment, commented on the appeals court rejection of an industry challenge to a California low-carbon fuel standard. Her comments appear in an E&E News article.
"If the ruling had come down differently," she said, "it would have made it much harder for states to regulate greenhouse gas emissions taking into account the life cycle of sources."
