May 22, 2008 -- Professor Lynn LoPucki's book "Courting Failure" is cited in a Reuters article on preferred bankruptcy courts, which cites New York City and Delaware as the most attractive places for companies facing bankruptcy.  

UCLA law professor Lynn LoPucki, for example, argued in his 2005 book "Courting Failure" that judges have lowered standards to attract cases that can raise the profile and influence of their courts.
