August 27, 2008 -- Professor Lynn LoPucki is quoted in a Wall Street Journal article and the Wall Street Law Blog on Senator Joe Biden fighting to keep a disproportionate number of corporate bankruptcies in his home state of Delaware.

“The rule permitting forum shopping to Delaware helps not only Delaware lawyers, but Delaware office buildings, hotels and restaurants,” says Lynn LoPucki, a UCLA bankruptcy professor who has long argued for a halt to forum shopping.
