Be a hero

01Apr08

Our summer pledge drive is underway, where we ask our classmates to chip in a day of their summer salary to support others who are working in unpaid jobs.

More than 30 students have pledged already.  To join them (and get a free t-shirt), download our pledge form and send it back.

Thanks to all of the donors, sponsors, volunteers and bidders, who helped make our 15th annual auction the best one yet. We had more attendees (including over 100 alumni) and raised more money than ever before. With your help, we are well on our way to funding every UCLA law student working for a non-profit or government agency this summer.

If you have not yet paid for or picked up your item, please stop by room 1411 or contact us.

We’ve finalized the items for tomorrow night’s live auction. Between our live auction/addendum and our original program, we’ve got a record number of items for this year’s gala. Check ‘em out and start forming your bidding groups.

Can’t make it tomorrow night? Contact us about arranging for a proxy bidder.

377 items! (It’s a big file, so be patient).

More to come in tomorrow’s addendum, including all 25 live auction items.

Start forming your bidding groups now, or contact us about arranging for a proxy bidder.

As a reminder, the on-line auction closes at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.

The partial item list is going out to student mailboxes in a few hours.  Take a look and start forming your bidding groups now. Remember that more items are coming in every day.

As a reminder, the on-line auction is still roaring. Look for several new items — including a Heroes package, a chance to appear in Season 2 of Californication, and gift certificates for True Religion jeans — to be included in the on-line auction later today.

Make a bid

27Feb08

PILF’s on-line auction is underway now!

For those who can’t attend the event, it’s a great way to support the cause and still come away with some pretty cool stuff. With most items listed on-line, the high bid will set the minimum price at the auction. PILF will contact the high on-line bidder and assign a proxy if the bidder wants to set a reserve price.

To get more information about the event or to make a donation, visit our auction page.

The biggest party of the year is taking place March 8.

Tickets are on sale now in the student lounge for $15. Alumni and others can purchase them on-line for $20. All tickets sold at the door will be $30.
