We are delighted to welcome you to the UCLA Law community and are eager to help you find a home on campus or in one of the many attractive neighborhoods nearby. Law students may reside in privately owned or university-owned properties. We also provide a secure website where law students may seek roommates and exchange information.
University-owned properties offer attractive, accessible and affordable residences for law students who are single, partnered or raising children.
Privately Owned Properties
UCLA’s Community Housing Office provides rental resources that allow students to explore neighborhoods from the beaches of Venice to the hills of Hollywood.
University Cooperative Housing Association
The University Cooperative Housing Association provides affordable housing to qualified students, visiting scholars and faculty of UCLA. The Co-op offers reasonably priced accommodations for those who might not be able to afford alternatives.
