As the official
conference hotel, the Ramada Plaza Suites is
located in the heart of West Hollywood. A special
conference rate of $139/per night is available for all conference
participants.
The extended deadline to make your reservation is
February 15, 2009. Reservations can be made
by calling Joanna Ciocan or Tana Grasu in Group Sales at (800)
845-8585 or (310) 652-6400, Ext. 518 or by sending an email to:
info@ramadaweho.com. To receive the conference
hotel rate, please mention "The Williams
Institute" and/or the "ILG Law" room block.

Please note that conference related events in
West Hollywood will take place within a 1/2
mile of the hotel location. Participants will be
given walking directions to event locations in
West Hollywood from the hotel. A shuttle will be
provided for participants staying at the hotel
to and from the UCLA School of Law campus.

Parking
Pay Stations - Simply drive to
the nearest self-service Pay Station
location found in lots and structures
throughout campus. Please read the
posted signs and screen prompts for Pay
by Space or Pay and Display directions.
Pay Stations allow you to select the
time you need to spend on campus and pay
accordingly (all-day passes can also be
purchased). Parking Pay Stations accept
$1 and $5 dollar bills, as well as VISA,
MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Change is dispensed from the machines in
Parking Structures 6 and 32. Please use
exact payments only.
Daily Permits - Visitors may
purchase daily parking permits ($9 per
vehicle) by stopping at any of the 11
Information & Parking Booths
conveniently located throughout campus.
Our friendly and knowledgeable
attendants will issue you a parking
permit and direct you to the appropriate
parking lot or structure. They can also
provide directions to campus attractions
and answer any questions you may have.

UCLA's main campus is bounded by Sunset
Blvd. on the north and Le Conte Ave. on

LAX to UCLA or the conference hotel:

If making an internet reservation, you
must select Ramada West Hollywood as the
specific destination or the fare will be
$26. A reservation is not necessary—can
catch a shuttle from LAX.

visit any taxi station outside the

4. Public Transportation
The
Metro Bus
serves most of LA. Conference
participants staying at the Ramada Hotel
can pick up the Metro Bus 2 to UCLA.
Please inquire with the hotel concierge.
The base fare is $1.25 per trip.
The
Big Blue Bus
serves West Los Angeles and Santa
Monica. Routes 1, 2, 3, and 8 all travel
to UCLA. The cost is $0.75 per trip, or
just $0.25 with a UCLA ID.

**LAX Flyaway Bus** |
The LAX
FlyAway Express Bus shuttles passengers
between LAX and Westwood Village (the
UCLA campus is located within Westwood
Village) every half hour on weekdays,
and every hour on weekends. The cost is
$5.00. In Westwood village, look for the
FlyAway sign on Kinross Ave, at Parking
Structure 32. The bus makes curbside
stops at every airport terminal. For
