Kenji Yoshino is an Associate Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He holds degrees from Harvard (B.A. 1991), Oxford (M. Sc. 1993) and Yale (J.D. 1996). After graduating from law school, he clerked for Judge Guido Calabresi on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals before returning as a professor to Yale Law School. He works primarily in the fields of Antidiscrimination Law, Constitutional Law, and Law and Literature.
