August 28, 2014 – Professor Ann Carlson was quoted on climate change issues in multiple media outlets.
She commented in a Newsweek article on the provisions set forth by Section 115 of the Clean Air Act.
“It envisions this international cooperation in a way that’s oddly prescient, given the time the provision was passed,” says Carlson. “But there was a recognition that pollution crosses borders.”
