Criminal Justice Law Review Symposium: Bail Reform in California and Beyond

Please join us and a fantastic group of experts to discuss bail reform locally and nationally.

 This symposium will focus on how the bail system currently operates, the merits and weaknesses of the bail legislation that is pending in California, and pending litigation that is challenging pretrial detention. 

We hope to foster a critical and engaging discussion around the issue of pretrial detention with the following panelists:
