Professors Crock and Benson are the co-editors of a pathbreaking new book, Protecting Migrant Children — a comprehensive comparative study of children and migration in many regions and countries around the world.

They will also speak from personal experience in representing children in the immigration and refugee protection systems, in particular through the founding and the work of the Safe Passage Project in New York City.

This is a rare opportunity to hear from two leading voices who can address this pressing topic from both academic and activist perspectives.  .
