The environmental justice movement was born out of longstanding fights for community health and against racist policies and practices governing industrial facility sitings and land use decisions.  Fenceline communities today are still overburdened by air pollution and face uphill battles to protect their health and welfare.  This panel will examine equity in air pollution law and policy, assessing areas of progress, remaining failures, and ways to push forward toward clean air for all.
