LAW 790 - Evidence Objections and Arguments

This course is a concise but through review of Evidence law in context.  We will study evidence concepts as they arise--in pretrial motions in limine, objections at trial, summary judgment, judicial decisions, and other contexts.  Most class sessions will require advance written exercises and individual presentations , focusing on the most difficult evidentiary concepts--relevance, character evidence, impeachment, hearsay, expert testimony, and the Confrontation Clause.
