Nikoo Berenji teaches Legal Research, Writing and Analysis for LLMs.
Berenji served as a trial attorney at the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office, as well as a deputy in the trial unit at the Office of the Federal Public Defender. She now teaches Business Law at Pasadena City College and represents indigent clients appealing their criminal convictions as a panel attorney for the California Appellate Project.
Berenji received her bachelor’s degree cum laude from UCLA, her M.A. from New York University, and her J.D. from UC Berkeley. After law school, she worked as an associate attorney for Latham & Watkins.
