There are two prerequisites to taking this course. First, students must have already taken in a previous semester a course in constitutional criminal procedure, preferably the four credit version of the course. Second, interested students should email Professor Arenella to secure his permission to enroll in the course before registering for it. Prof. Arenella will give his permission once the demands of the course are explained to each student.
