Organized by the UCLA Center for the Study of International Migration, this conference consists of workshops with comments by senior immigration scholars at UCLA, as well as two conference-wide panel sessions. The event seeks to create an interdisciplinary space for junior immigration scholars to share drafts of their research and writing projects and elicit feedback from one another as well as the community of migration scholars at UCLA. UCLA School of law participants include Sameer Ashar, Vice Dean for Experiential Education and Professor of Law; Professor Ingrid Eagly; and Hiroshi Motomura, Susan Westerberg Prager Distinguished Professor of Law.
