Professor Volokh Cited in Bloomberg BNA on U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Corporate Political Spending

December 8, 2014 – Professor Eugene Volokh is quoted in Bloomberg BNA about the U.S. Chamber of Commerce fighting back against pressure to disclose corporate political spending. He is cited as an expert on the First Amendment who spoke at a conference hosted by the organization.

The conference also had a panel of legal experts on the First Amendment, including Capital University Professor Bradley Smith, a former Republican commissioner on the Federal Election Commission, and University of California at Los Angeles Professor Eugene Volokh.
