Professor Volokh Discusses Proposed Law Addressing Free Speech Rights in Los Angeles Times Column

May 8, 2015 -- Professor Volokh commented on a proposed federal law that would preventing corporations from requiring customers to waive their free speech rights. His comments appear in a Los Angeles Times column.

"Surely that's true," said Eugene Volokh, a professor at UCLA School of Law who focuses on free-speech cases. "But if they promised not to post a bad Yelp review, they should take it down."
