Professor Motomura Discusses Citizenship and the 14th Amendment for Public Radio's "Letters and Politics" Program

August 27, 2015 - UCLA Law Professor Hiroshi Motomura is interviewed on Public Radio's "Letters and Politics" program, where he discusses the history, understanding, and application of the 14th Amendment, which grants citizenship to “all persons born or naturalized in the United States.” The interview can be heard on Public Radio's KPFA (Berkeley) and KPFK (Los Angeles).
