Professor Samuel Bray is Quoted in ABA Journal on Issue of Patent Law

August 27, 2015 - Professor Samuel Bray was quoted in an ABA Journal article which reports on a patent law decision made recently by a Federal Circuit Court.  "The majority’s distinction between law and equity may seem abstract to practitioners who last thought about it in law school. But it matters, says Samuel Bray, who teaches remedies, property and constitutional law at the UCLA School of Law. Though law and equity merged in the procedure of the federal courts in 1938, he says, it wasn’t a complete merger—and remedies are one area where important distinctions remain."
