Michael Roberts of the Resnick Program Talks to Los Angeles Times About Legal Actions Taken After Food Safety Outbreaks

January 7, 2016 – Adjunct professor Michael Roberts, who is also executive director of the Resnick Program for Food Law and Policy, spoke to the Los Angeles Times about the legal actions taken after several food safety outbreaks occurred across the U.S.

“We're sort of in new territory here,” said Professor Roberts. “I think we're seeing a new partnership between the FDA and prosecutors.”
