Professor Ann Carlson Comments in Greenwire on How Clean Air Act Provision Holds Key for Addressing Global Climate Change

January 15, 2016 –Professor Ann Carlson, faculty co-director of the Emmett Institute and co-author of a recent report that shows how an untapped provision of the Clean Air Act can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, commented in Greenwire that Section 115 of the Clean Air Act was “tailor made” for addressing global climate change.
