Professor Volokh Quoted in U.S. News & World Report Article on State Representative's Proposed Journalist Registry Legislation

January 20, 2016 – Professor Eugene Volokh was quoted in a U.S. News & World Report article on a South Carolina state representative’s proposal for legislation that would require journalists to register and have background checks.
