Professor Volokh Comments in The Atlantic on UC Policy that Addresses Anti-Zionist Speech

March 20, 2016 – Professor Eugene Volokh commented in The Atlantic on how a University of California policy that addresses anti-Semitism and anti-Zionist discourse may discourage free speech. 

“Even though they’re not outright banning anti-Zionist speech, but rather trying to sharply condemn it, I think such statements by the regents chill debate, especially by university employees and students who (unlike me) lack tenure,” said Professor Volokh.  

Professor Volokh also commented in The Jewish Journal on the same issue.
