Professor Volokh’s Blog Cited in ABA Journal on Bernie Sanders’ Lawyers Claiming T-shirts Are a Trademark Violation

April 19, 2016 – Professor Eugene Volokh’s blog, The Volokh Conspiracy, was cited in the ABA Journal regarding a claim made by Bernie Sanders’ lawyers that an independent T-shirt maker who altered the campaign’s official logo violated trademark and copyright rights.

Daniel McCall’s company Liberty Maniacs is selling the T-shirt and other merchandise, which includes photos of Bernie Sanders and “a rogues’ gallery of Socialist figures Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, and Mao,” the Volokh Conspiracy reports.
